  I stopped in to this location to upgrade from my S5 to the new Pixel. Boy was I surprised at the service I received. I would absolutely recommend this location and the help I received from both Josh M and John B. I was greeted, cheerily, at the door by Josh who immediately engaged me in conversation on a personal level. He was so knowledgeable about so many different topics, really a pleasure to converse with. Josh gave me honest advice about which phone would be best for me after talking with me and getting to know me for a bit. He was not at all pushy or ”salesy”. I was pleasantly surprised to find out about all the great charity work TCC is doing as Josh shared with me passionately about the recent backpack drive as well as giving back to schools by donating school supplies and other necessities. It's so wonderful to hear about a company serving the community. John was very helpful in setting up my new device. He was fast, efficient, and friendly talking with me as the set up completed. I am super grateful to both John and Josh for filling me in on the teacher discount and applying it to my account. I didn't even know that was a thing! The store was clean and simple, I didn't feel overwhelmed upon entering. And the service was supreme. Keep up the good work guys!
