  Just visited the store today and I found a pair of scrub pants that I liked. Since they didn't have my size in every color when I checked out I asked if I could have several pairs shipped. The checkout girl said yes, she took my address and I paid. When I looked at my receipt right after I paid there was a $14 charge for shipping. I told the girl she never informed me of the shipping charge. She told me she couldn't refund me because they don't do refunds. I asked if I had them shipped to the store if the charge would have been the same. She didn't know. She had to call her boss and manager to see if she could refund me because they only do exchanges (which I did know prior to buying). The boss agreed to do a refund and I would have probably still bought the scrubs from the store except when the mananger came out the checkout girl lied and said she had told me about the charge. Why would I agree to a $14 charge for shipping and then turn around and say I didn't know about it. So I was called a liar by the staff without any apology for the store not being honest. Will not visit here again.
