  Called and asked about Run Disney shoes. They said they had them in stock. Drive over an hour to find they have only two pair. They could have mentioned that when I called.

  Just a poor selection. Most of the shoes are standard shoes for walking or shoes people buy for look .. 'pop culture' versions. Go to competitors stores in same outlet mall and they carry entire lines of specialty shoes(running, basketball, tennis, etc.), with multiple colors if available and all sizes. Go to this store and they seem to only have about 10% of what shows on the New Balance web site, with few high-end shoes (especially running). Worse yet, the sales people seem to know absolutely nothing about the individual styles of shoes (structured, cushioning, etc.). If you really need specialty New Balance brand shoes (and not pop-culture shoes), you are better off going a few exits in either direction and shopping at Dick's Sporting Goods. At least they seem to carry the better shoes.
