They generally have good quality items for sale, but if you go here looking for something specific it can be hit or miss if you find it. Great place to buy clothes, books, and sometimes has gems for sale in furniture and electronics. Definitely a good place to visit once in a while to satisfy your shopping urges if you're on a budget.
