  Do not under any circumstance use this company. They told me they would be by to deliver my cabinetry between 9:30 and !0:00 in the morning so I arranged my whole day to be here for the delivery. Instead of calling to say they would be late they sent my designer a text saying they would be late. How late? About 5 hours late and they didn't even have the courtesy to pick up the phone and explain why they were so late. The installer showed up at 2:45 and seemed totally offended that I was upset about the whole situation. When I told him I was very upset and wanted to know why he was late he proceeded to ask me if I was just going to stand there and berate him??? I said yes I am until he explained to me why he was so late. I told him even doctors don't keep people waiting that long and that other people have lives and things to do besides wait around all day on an installation At that point, he proceeded to tell me he was going to take the cabinetry and donate it to good will and walked out the door. Never in my life have I seen someone act so unprofessional and although he did that to try and spite me, he actually shot himself in the foot. I can always get a new cabinet but he is out of money since I didn't pay him a dime. I do plan on reporting him to the better business bureau and have told my designer who referred me to him to never use him again. So please be warned, don't use this company under any circumstances!!!!
