Mike calls personally to set up each appointment at a convenient time and is always timely, courteous, and friendly. Above all Mike is a skilled and knowledgeable professional. He listens closely to our concerns and addressed them promptly. We enjoy his visits and only wish he could stay longer each time; he's as welcome as any guest in our home.
